A one day conference for police and professionals working within the criminal justice system
This one-day conference will discuss the benefits of collaboration across the criminal justice system for investigations ranging from searches for people who are missing, presumed murdered, to unidentified human remains, fatal fires and catastrophic industrial incidents.
During the day you will hear from some of the most experienced practicing forensic anthropologists, archaeologists and environmental scientists in the UK. Cellmark's forensic anthropology, archaeology and environmental sciences (AAE) team specialise in interpreting the circumstances around the death and deposition of deceased persons across a broad range of case types.
Our speakers will also include respected colleagues from the criminal justice system to explore how close collaboration is helping to maximise forensic evidence recovery, providing valuable information and assisting in the interpretation of activity pertinent to investigations. They will discuss the joint strategies devised and the benefits of working collaboratively across case types involving a variety of scientific disciplines. Presentations will explore how this approach has aided the investigation of some of the most complex and challenging cases.
The date, venue and programme will be announced at the start of 2025. To register your interest and be notified, please provide your details using the form below.
