Creating a safe working environment for our employees is of paramount importance. Cellmark provides essential services to support the Justice System and has operated throughout the pandemic by implementing a range of measures to protect our employees and to comply with government guidance.
In May, Cellmark completed a review of the government’s ‘Working safely during COVID-19’ documents to ensure that we had taken all the recommended steps to reduce risk to the lowest reasonably practicable level. This included completing a comprehensive risk assessment of our work practices and our facilities.
In publishing the government’s ‘Staying COVID-19 Secure in 2020’ notice we confirm that we comply with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 in the workplace. We are also committed to maintaining compliance with the government’s COVID-19 guidance as it evolves so that we can continue to provide a safe working environment for our employees and the people we work with.
Update: We have now signed up to and are compliant with the latest update on the Five Steps that reflect the new rules on social distancing put in place in early July.
